Whether you’ve bought ten homes before or this is your first homebuying experience, you need a trusted Advisor by your side. My job is to support and guide you through the many steps of the process so that it’s smooth sailing to the closing table. Are you looking to make a move? Buy an investment property? 1. First, we’ll get together and discuss your wish list so we can begin the home search. I’ll have questions for you beyond the number of rooms, style, and location to consider.
2. We’ll also discuss the pre-qualification process, and I’ll connect you with my mortgage friends to help determine the best price range for you
3. We’ll create a customized home search based on your wants and needs, so that you know about all the active and Coming Soon listings that could work for you
4. Then the fun part - we go see houses! This will most likely be exclusive showings that I schedule with you, but may also include Open Houses 
5. Once we find the right fit, we’ll put together an offer for the property. There’s much more to it than just the offer price, and I’ll walk you through those details!
6. Once you’ve got an offer accepted, it’s time for the due diligence period - appraisal, inspections, and any additional negotiations
7. We’ll review the closing documents and process prior to closing day and arrange a final walk-through of the property
8. Then the best part of all… closing day!
